4. The total installation force of floating oil seal ring is 450 ~ 500N; To ensure that the axial clearance of the assembled rear wheel body is 0.4 ~ 0.9mm, and the wheel body can be rotated by hand. The hand feels some resistance torque, but there is no jamming;

5 before filling the assembly oil chamber with oil, seal it with 0.4MPa air pressure at the screw plug, and put it into water for 1min without bubbles;

6 after assembly, run in shall be carried out, and then the wear debris shall be cleaned, and the impurity mass in the cavity shall not exceed 0.12g;

7. The floating seal ring shall be free from defects such as pores and scratches.
