Customer Visit, A Professional Spare Parts Factory
On April 15th, a customer from the Dominican Republic visited our factory. With the aim of promoting future business and discussing inquiries, the customer arrived, eager to see firsthand the craftsmanship and dedication. As the tour progressed, we discussed the customization of Trencher chain and sprockets. We also talked about BD2G single flange track roller, R320LC-7 carrier roller and other R320 excavator undercarriage parts, M20*90 anti-loosening plate with Hexagon nut, 20801-03531 air filter, PA1904 inner air filter and 4I7664 Seal Kits etc. Besides, we showed the customer the updated product catalog. Furthermore, we witnessed the process of different product lines, such as bottom roller, upper roller, front idler, and sprocket/sprocket segement. The customer was satisfied with our product lines, which offered both high speed and good quality.
