3.Remove the track roller. When the track chain is removed, then you can start to remove the other parts of the lower roller, you need to use the crane to lift the lower roller, for the heavier bottom roller, you can choose to pull the car to complete this step. Then use the plate hand or wrench to remove the screws and other fixed parts.

4.Replace the track roller. When the lower roller is installed on the new parts, it is necessary to re-install it back into the excavator, you need to use the jack and other tools, the lower roller installed to the appropriate position and use a diagonal wrench to fix the screws and other fixed parts.

5.Reassemble the track chains, you need to reassemble the track chains, and start the excavator for inspection.
