Excavator Engine exhaust pipe oil leak problem, maybe the reasons as below:

1. The oil leak isn’t matching for the original engine, maybe add too much oil.
2. Broken on the cylinder head.
3. Excavatorexhaust valve guide has problem.
4. The seal of the Excavator Turbochargeris bad, so the oil will leak from the off-gas line.
5. The pressure of the crankcase is too big.
6. The cylinder liner, plunger, plunger seal kits of excavator engine has damaged.
7. The isolation effect of the oil-gas separator isn’t very good.
8. The engine body, plunger etc other parts on the design or the manufacture procession has defect.

Inspection method of Excavator engine flue gas leaking oil leakage:

1. Inspect how many of the oil leaking? Too much or little? If only little(each day less than 5 drops), then it maybe standard.
2. If oil leaking too much, shall be consider that if the engine cylinder liner, plunger, plunger seal has damaged, which cause that the excavator engine flue gas oil leaking.
3. If both no, shall be check if add too much oil.
4. If both no, then still go to check if the turbocharger seal is damaged or not.
