1.When the excavator undercarriage parts stops running, it is necessary to carefully check whether the anchor screws and bearing tile seat screws are loose, whether the gear meshing and lubrication, and whether the bearing, power device, control system, lock, reducer, track plate, foundation parts, cables, steel cables, bucket teeth for excavator and other parts are abnormal wear and damage.
2.During the operation, we should pay attention to the operation of the motor, mechanical transmission and braking system, control system, cooling fan, lighting and signal, there are no abnormal phenomena, in the inspection of various problems to be found in a timely manner, timely treatment.
3. For the newly installed excavator, all excavator undercarriage parts must be filled with oil before trial operation, and the lubrication condition must be checked by shift within the first week of work; For excavators undercarriage parts,that have been out of service for a long time, all the original and old dry oil must be squeezed out before use. Good lubrication can reduce mechanical wear and failure in operation. Lubrication must be carried out in strict accordance with the time limit, oil quantity and lubricating oil type stipulated in the excavator instruction manual.
4. The filter element plays the role of filtering impurities in the oil or gas path to prevent them from intruding into the system and causing faults; Various filter elements should be replaced regularly according to the requirements of the operation and maintenance manual; When replacing the filter element, check whether there is metal attached to the old filter element, such as metal particles found, timely diagnosis and take improvement measures; Use pure filter element in line with machine regulations. The filtration capacity of fake and inferior filter element is poor. If the quality of the material on the surface of the filter layer does not meet the requirements, it will seriously affect the normal use of the machine.
5. Daily maintenance: check, clean or replace the air filter for excavator element; Clean the inside of the cooling system; Check and tighten the track plate bolts; Check and adjust track back tension; Check the intake heater; Replace the bucket teeth; Adjust the bucket clearance; Check the front window cleaning liquid level; Check and adjust air conditioning; Wash the cockpit floor; Replace the filter element of the crusher (optional). When cleaning the inside of the cooling system, after the engine is fully cooled, slowly loosen the water injection nozzle cover to release the pressure inside the tank, and then the water can be released; Do not clean the engine while it is working. High-speed rotating fans will cause danger. When cleaning or replacing coolant, the machine should be parked on a level floor.
6.Every 250H maintenance project. Check the oil level in the final transmission box (add gear oil); Check the battery electrolyte; Replace the oil in the engine oil pan and replace the engine filter element; Lubricating slewing bearing (2 places); Check the fan belt tension, and check the air conditioning compressor belt tension, and adjust.
